Here is her recipe, be sure to stop by her blog and see the photo of it too

Winter Harvest Stew

Ingredients/tools:
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 medium butternut squash
1 C dried lentils
1/2 C uncooked Bulgar Wheat
3/4 can diced tomatoes (I use S&W garlic and basil)
7 C chicken or veggie broth or both
1 tsp dried Fennel
1.5 tsp dried thyme
3/4 chopped red onion

4-5 cloves of chopped garlic (use more or less if depending upon how much you like garlic)
1 large pot
1 pan
cutting board
cutting knife
measuring spoons and cups

Seasonings to taste:
Lawry's Seasoning Salt
Cayenne
Fresh ground black pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Poultry Seasoning (I like the one from TJ's)

Directions:
(I use all non-stick pots and pans so I don't use any oil or non-stick spray for this recipe)
Put chicken broth, diced tomatoes and some of the juice along withe seasonings including thyme and fennel into a large pot and set aside.
Rinse lentils and add to pot.
Add barley to pot.
Next cook ground turkey in a pan with above mentioned seasonings or your choice of seasonings. Cook on MedHi stirring occasionally to be sure turkey is crumbled and fully cooked. While turkey is cooking chop up the butternut squash, onions and garlic.
Once turkey is close to being done turn the heat on the large pot to MedHi stirring occasionally. Turn heat off of turkey once it is fully cooked and set aside.
Add onions and garlic then after about 10 minutes add the cooked ground turkey. Continue to stir occasionally. After about 20 minutes add the chopped squash and continue to stir occasionally. At this point you will want to alternate between MedHi heat and Med heat based on when the soup starts to boil a lot. Once you lower the heat then stir again and cover. Leave covered, stirring occasionally for about another 30 minutes or until lentils are no longer hard and broth starts to thicken into a stew.

That sounds so good! Especially today--we've got snow and ice. Stews are great on those kinds of days.
